Inclusion. Equity. Growth.

Supporting special education students in general classrooms means making sure every child feels included, respected, and able to succeed. With the right support and teamwork between teachers and families, students can learn alongside their peers while building on their unique strengths.

A bit about me, Ms. Raido.

I earned a Bachelor's in English from Rutgers University and a Masters in Fine Arts for Writing from Cedar Crest College. I have been an educator for 4 years and have grown a passion for supporting Special Education students while at Piscataway Magnet School. I support students in all of their academic subjects including Math, Science, English, and History. Since I follow your students in all of their classes, the best way to contact me is via email - [email protected]

Extended Time

Students with IEPs and 504s often get extra time to finish work or tests. It helps to show what they've learned without feeling rushed. Extra time is not unlimited time, and students should self-advocate when they need more time.
